During the holiday season, we’ve updated our shipping times to accommodate the increased demand. Check below for shipping details based on your location, or refer to the options available during checkout.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over USD $44 or CAD $64.
For customers in the United States, the standard tracked shipping time is between 3-5 business days and costs USD $4.95, or is free on orders over USD $44. For expedited shipping, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days for a fee of USD $14.95.
Certain U.S. territories, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau, have an extended shipping time of 5-7 business days with a shipping charge of USD $10.95.
For Canada, we offer standard tracked shipping within 1-6 business days for a fee of CAD $7.95, or free for orders over CAD $64.
Please note that free standard shipping does not apply to the previously mentioned U.S. territories, which are subject to the same shipping cost of USD $10.95, regardless of order amount.
Business days are counted excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM CDT will be shipped the same day from our U.S. warehouse for U.S. orders, and from our Canadian warehouse for orders shipped to Canada.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s status via the link provided in the email, or directly on our website.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within two days, check your spam folder. If there’s still no email, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Sometimes, shipping companies mark an order as delivered before it actually arrives. If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please reach out to us so we can help resolve the issue.
If you encounter any other issues with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us directly at hello@loopearplugs. Our team will work to ensure that the correct items are sent to you as quickly as possible.
We offer a 100-day return policy, which allows you to return products for any reason, even if you’ve already used them. To start the return process, complete our returns form with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll handle the rest.
Once your return is accepted, you will be notified by email. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations or changes (including shipping address modifications) are no longer possible. Canceled orders will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
